What is the cost of Registration for The SURGE Summit?
  • Full price tickets are $699, early bird tickets are discounted to $649.
What does the ticket price include?
  • Ground transportation to/from the Tampa International Airport unless you arrive/depart outside our scheduled hours of operation.
  • Expert sessions and no selling from the stage.
  • Breakfast, lunch and snacks on September 7 and 8.
  • One ticket and transportation to and from the Amazing Amazon Cruise on September 7, which includes dinner and drinks.
  • Ground transportation to/from the Amazing Amazon Cruise
  • Access to the LevelUp Arcade on the 12th floor of the hotel
  • Hotel Wi-Fi in your room and all common areas.

Where can I see what sessions will be presented?
This site and the app will be constantly updated as the agenda is finalized.
Can I bring a guest?
Guests are welcome at the hotel. There will be an additional fee for their meals, the VIP Tiki Bar Welcome Party ($75)  and the Amazing Amazon Cruise off-site event.
Are meals included with my registration?
Yes!  Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Tuesday and Wednesday along with several coffee and snack breaks throughout the event. Tickets to the Monday evening VIP Tiki Bar Welcome Party will include food, beer and wine along with a cash bar for other options. The Amazing Amazon Cruise includes dinner and drinks on Wednesday evening. Please note dietary restrictions in your registration.
Will there be kosher meal options? 
Yes! We will have Glatt kosher meals and kosher-style options for our guests. There is an option to specify dietary needs in your registration form.
When should I arrive to and depart from SURGE 2022?
We encourage attendees to arrive by Tuesday afternoon (September 6) to relax and thaw out! That evening you are invited to join us at the Tiki Bar Welcome Party and LevelUp Arcade. Sessions begin Tuesday morning. The final sessions will end about 3 pm on Thursday, September 8. We will publish shuttle times ASAP.
Who can attend the VIP Tiki Bar Welcome Party?
Speakers, and first 100 registrants will be given a ticket! After that, tickets will cost $75 and can be purchased on this site.
How do I make changes to my registration?
If you need to make any changes to your arrangements after submitting your registration, you can submit your change request online by re-visiting this website and entering your confirmation number.
What is the attire for the conference?
Business casual (jeans acceptable). The Florida temperatures in February on average are a high of 74° and a low of 57°. The VIP Tiki Bar Welcome Party is outdoors. For the Amazing Amazon Cruise you will have the option of being inside or outside. Check the forecast here. 
Will I have access to hotel Wi-Fi?
Yes! Guests will have complimentary Wi-Fi thanks to our sponsors! Access information will be provided at check-in.
Will I need to provide a credit card at the hotel?
Yes, you will be required to provide a credit card upon hotel check-in to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay. These charges include all non-program related expenses such as room service, restaurant charges, honor bar, telephone calls and laundry service. It is your responsibility to review your individual hotel bill and settle your incidental charges before checking out and departing the hotel.
Does SURGE have hotel meeting rooms available?
Yes! Please contact us at info@thesurgesummit.com if you need space for your staff or a place to meet with clients.
Can I cancel my registration?
Yes. To cancel your registration, please email us as soon as possible info@thesurgesummit.com. After February 1, 2022, no refunds will be given for event registration. 
Will there be booths?
We have a limited number of vendor spaces available. If you are interested please email sponsors@thesurgesummit.com.
What if I am interested in sponsoring or speaking at this event?
Most of our speaking opportunities are taken, but you can email sponsors@thesurgesummit.com. We will get back to you promptly!
